okay here the conclusion of our research:
Youtube: Silkroad Online - Honor Buff Speed
Youtube: Honor Buffs bug? GodsForce - Pacific
Youtube: Silkroad Buff Exploit
They are all legit video from international silkroad with 5-8x all of the honor buffs stacked.
We then calculated with honor buff stacking a new possibility:
Drub of typoon + 100% speed
6xHonor buff + 8x20% speed
Garment + 20% speed
Berzerk + 100% speed
---------------------------
Total speed would be +380%
I'll let you figure out what SUPER SONIC SPEED is! ^^
Not sure if during the entire week you can reach 7 honor buff stacking but just the 5x buff stacking + berserk is crazy speed...

The honor buff stacking was done by GodsForce on pacific server friday (18-Jul-2008 15:15). He isn't the first one who discovered the honor buff stacking, quite a few people have reported honor buff stacking problem.
Answer #1:
this is not a real "exploit".
honor buffs can infact stack.
if someone overtakes you in honorrank you will keep the previous buffs + receive the new ones. this can happen unlimited times. but the extra buffs will remove when you teleport / log off.
this player probably runs to hotan to repot instean of porting..
