The guy that made this clip:
there a 99% chance he's only a silkroad user, that bought those insane item.
He was super happy, decided to do alchemy and film it and put it on YouTube to make +10 to +12.
I doubt he was a hacker, he also didn't really understood that item white stats were 100%.
He gave us the evidence to link all item he purchased to item the GM had during the event.
If you look at the 24 items in the clip, and item on gm during the event:

Weapon is legend D13+12
Armor are all legend D13+10
Pants/Legs is Rare D13+10 (must of been a mistake by gm) but the mistake also appear in he's youtube clip.
He got in there some legs D13+10 rare all white stats 100%
There also some gm account with legend+10 legs Chinese.
Confirming that the item come from the 4 accounts created for that event isn't required.
Everything has been linked and confirmed + recorded.

They are the GM account used during the event.
Item were left on the account, account weren't IP restricted and lost their gm power if they ever had gm power.
Account were also left inactive as per shown in last update date.
Not all account have been recorded by rev6, we can only record so much, some server we record more than others.
Their item match 100% items listed on the youtube clip, the hacker must of not told anyone while reselling the item.
Now the only doubt left is:
Could the people that played on those account decided to resell those item themselves?
Or is it a DB leak and those account got hacked?
Well the account selling those item are the same account in town from the db leak a year and a half ago...
Which I highly believe it mean the db leak is still active and also confirm a lot of people getting hacked recently, about where the leak came from.
