We really apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you however like you already know we don't have any access as to changing any players user information for it will violate the terms and conditions that we have for the game. If you have played or tried to log in to the game in a cafe or in another computer its possible that there was a key logger and that the password was stolen, nevertheless we will file your case in our system for further investigation. Please be advised that account information is strictly for the users own safekeeping and that we will not be liable for any loss due to hack cases or scam cases. Although there are way to prevent your account from being stolen.
The best way to prevent accounts from being stolen is to protect your login information. The basic precautions to take are to avoid the download and use of any suspicious programs. Avoid visiting sites that advertise suspicious activities, do not use the same login ID and password for multiple places and services, and Do not use an easy to guess password. Sequential progressions like 12345 and ABCDE should be avoided at all costs. A random mixture of numbers and letters will further ensure the safety of your password.
