Joymax (Joymax.com), one of the top companies in the online game industry, is currently seeking individuals for Full Time and Part Time positions at the San Jose office in California.
Position Description:
Game Master/Customer Support
1. Responsible for resolving user’s inquiries, and ensuring user satisfaction.
2. Forum moderation, server monitoring, bug check.
3. Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments.
4. Provide technical support to users on game and other related issues.
5. Assist in localization.
6. Assist in daily operation.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma required. College student or graduate preferred.
2. Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
3. Previous customer service experience, or experience in the video game industry.
4. Team-oriented professional work attitude with the ability to work independently.
5. Familiarity with online games and MMORPGs.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Green card, US Citizenship, or Work Permit required.
8. Must be able to work in San Jose, California.
Competitive salary and benefits available to qualified employees.
