4=>> it's traditional to have a daily meeting with the head of the departments and the CEO(CEO= chief Executive Officer) in our firm. We used a system called "benchmarking" to compare ourselves to the best in the industry. it gives us plenty of time to find solutions to problems. While we are doing this we avoid puting a negative emphasis on matters. We always try to motivate everyone to do their best. 5=>> it's time to have lunch. I usuallyhave something in the canteen. sometimes my co-workers and I take the underground to have salad, on omelette and piece of pancake in a restuarant by the sea. If we still have time, we go for a walk after lunch. 6=>> In the afternoon I manage to communicate with some of our clients. Technology today makes it easy to communicate across oceans and zones by teleconferencing. We learn about their opinions, listen to their requests and resolve conficts. Of course we don't forget to take notes 7=>> Then I leave the office to go home. Maybe I am ambitious and competitive at work but I don't think I'm a workaholic. I think work is just a part of my life. I feel relaxed when I am with my family.
